Grounding

Grounding is a term that has been used to describe the intentional connection of human energy field into the planetary body. In some teachings, the use of 'white' light was given as a means to connect to a higher vibrational colour spectrum or ray frequency in order to 'ground' or centre into the earth core.

False White Light vs 12D Christ Light

The white light used by many humans over the years, was coming from an astral plane or 4th dimensional 4D source, and is not of a high enough frequency to support spiritual ascension or to provide proper grounding alignment in this current ascension cycle on earth.

Lightworkers, Starseeds and spiritual path individuals who connect with the white light, have been known to experience drunken woozy false light energetic feelings in their body. This is not an enlightened state of being. This is a false architecture which creates feelings of blissed out - out of the body sensations, and will not allow for a direct connection with god source energy in the most optimal manner, for those on the ascending path.
