When we consider whether or not we have an ego or what that might be there is probably a significant filter that exists already within the streams of thought since the ego has formed alongside and the ideas of identity you have formed as you related to your life in cycles of growth that involved a multitude of changes which have certainly created influences on your value system and thus relationship to self and the world. In recognizing this we need to exercise patience and hold space for ourselves so that our heart-based feelings can guide us to simple and essential truths.
Quality
Reactions and responses are the quite central to many layers of our thought-processes; these system contain part of the perspectives about we have believed to be needed or required when comes to stress and immediate action, When we give ourselves more space by exercising forgiveness, and kindness to ourselves we let go of these programmed behaviors and the views associated with them so that we reshape ourselves from reaction-based impulse into heart guided responses.
Ruby Rod
The artwork represents a pivotal change in the architecture of the human body at the blueprint level. This involves the restructuring and reconstitution of the lightbody rod, for some this may involve the full spectrum frequencies of the ruby order. For all though this involves establishing a more direct connection to God & self-sovereignty through the processing out of survival and creational fears.
Correlations
Dissolving many resolution or strategy-based patterns of relationship may not be easy because it involves the times where you may feel or have felt a lack of safety or support during a crisis or least when facing a presence of critical judgment or energetic pressure. The shift outside of the fixer state of mind, or even hero or savior archetypal expressions, can be very healing as it allows us to more fully accept ourselves regardless of what our actions have been or what we believe they should have been.

At a deeper level the relationship between the 2D center and Rod lightbody architecture involves traumatic event histories stored in human body. Despite what we may have been led to believe starseeds carry the ability to read their own lightbody which contains a range of the histories of activity in or upon the earth and beyond. When we cross the threshold of self-limiting beliefs it is more easy to accept our role and experience. It can be frightening to accept that who we are is beyond any description and thus exist as an unknown, that the world itself may also exist as such but when we are more emotionally healed and better balanced we can more gently regard this knowledge and our experiences. Healing the layers of the lightbody involve the reconstruction of the Rod and the return and rebuilding of RA center in a multitude of levels. One of the most difficult involves the ruby rod which has many histories related to spiritual war, invasion, and the Egyptian and Atlantean histories which featured an emphasis on the active principle or divine masculine.
